We are seeking experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultants to support a global Oracle Cloud ERP rollout. The role will focus on detailed functional design, system configuration, testing and documentation across one or more Oracle Fusion functional areas. Consultants will work closely with Functional Leads, Business Adoption, Technical and Integration teams to ensure the solution meets business requirements and is ready for global deployment. This is a delivery-focused role suited to consultants who are comfortable operating in complex, multi-country ERP programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support functional design activities, including detailed requirements analysis and functional solution design.
- Configure Oracle Fusion modules in line with approved design and programme standards.
- Produce and maintain functional documentation (e.g. functional design documents, configuration workbooks).
- Support and execute testing activities including SIT, UAT and regression testing.
- Assist with defect triage, resolution and re-testing in collaboration with technical teams.
- Support data validation activities and work with Data Migration teams during test and cutover cycles.
- Engage with business SMEs to clarify requirements, validate processes and support sign-off.
- Provide input into cutover planning and support go-live and hypercare activities as required.
- Ensure alignment with programme governance, controls and change processes.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant on at least one end-to-end implementation or global rollout.
- Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Procurement / P2P, Order to Cash (O2C), HCM, SCM.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion configuration and testing.
- Experience working in structured ERP programmes with defined governance and design authority.
- Comfortable working in multi-vendor, multi-location delivery environments.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working on global or multi-country Oracle Fusion deployments.
- Exposure to integrations, reporting or data migration activities.
- Experience supporting cutover, go-live and hypercare phases.
- Prior experience working with System Integrators and client-side delivery teams.
