We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Administration Team Leader to join our growing Project EV division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by both people development and performance. You’ll lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Administrators, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer service while consistently achieving KPI targets. Acting as the operational heartbeat of the team, you’ll balance hands-on support with strategic oversight, driving performance, continuous improvement, and a best-in-class customer experience.
