Sales Administrator to join our team. You will manage customer enquiries, process orders, prepare quotations, and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent customer service.
Working closely with customers and the sales team, you will build strong relationships, provide administrative support, and contribute to business growth through an organised and professional approach.

- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Process customer orders using Sage 200.
- Prepare and send customer quotations via Panda Doc.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Work closely with the field sales team to achieve targets.

- Use Excel and Word to support daily operations.
