We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Pro App team. Supporting our commercial EV charging network across the UK, you'll manage customer enquiries, maintain strong client relationships, and help ensure the smooth operation of our charging infrastructure. Salary: £25,000-27,000 per annum (DOE)

Location: Unit 1 Lakes Court, Lancaster Park, Newborough Road, Needwood, Burton upon Trent, Burton-on-Trent DE13 9PD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service, resolving enquiries and supporting partner account setup.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and maintain EV charging points across the UK, ensuring operational performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot charging point issues using system logs and technical data.
  • Manage customer contract renewals, including preparing quotes and supporting retention.
  • Support reporting, data management, and administrative tasks using MS Excel and Word.
  • Proactively solve problems and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Pro App team to achieve shared objectives.
  • Stay up to date with developments in the EV industry and promote company values.
