We’re collaborating with a boutique consultancy that specialises in delivering transformation projects within the public sector. They’re seeking independent consultants with PMO experience in local government projects. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of managing complex programs involving organisational design and technology systems, within the housing space.
Key tasks:
- Develop and implement robust governance frameworks to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with organisational objectives and compliance standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across various workstreams.
- Establish and maintain a centralised risk and issue log, collaborating with project teams to identify, document, and mitigate potential challenges.
- Monitor resource allocation across the program, ensuring project teams have the necessary support and skills to deliver on time and within budget.
- Support the change control process, ensuring that any changes to scope, budget, or timeline are properly documented and approved through appropriate governance channels.
Key skills:
- A currently available independent consultant
