We’re partnered with a leading boutique consultancy who are seeking an experienced Strategy / Transformation professional at the Manager or Senior Manager level to support a high-priority engagement within the financial services sector, with a particular focus on insurance. This is an opportunity to work on a critical programme with significant executive visibility, driving strategic change and delivering measurable impact within a complex insurance environment.
Tasks:
- Lead workstreams within a broader transformation programme
- Develop high-quality executive-level presentations and strategic options
- Structure complex problems and synthesise insights into clear recommendations

Requirements:
- An independent consultant
