Tasks

  • Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients
  • Own the full contract recruitment lifecycle
  • Win and grow new client accounts
  • Help us scale by collaborating with the team to improve how we work and take our product to the next level - through working alongside and developing our use of AI

Requirements

  • 1-3 years recruitment experience
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver roles end-to-end (experience can be from either permanent or contract recruitment)
  • Able to demonstrate results in this space and quantify performance with numbers
  • Knowledge or interest within consulting skillsets
  • Strong business development ability/potential
  • A team player who is interested in growing a business
  • Has a natural interest and curiosity in Technology & AI
