Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 contract/freelance/interim recruiting)

Tasks:

  • Win and grow new client accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients
  • Own the full contract recruitment lifecycle
  • Help us scale by collaborating with the team to improve how we work and take our product to the next level

Requirements:

  • Strong business development ability/potential
  • Knowledge of the Management Consulting sector
  • Knowledge of contract recruitment
  • Able to demonstrate results in this space and quantify performance with numbers
  • A team player who is interested in growing a business
