Tasks
- Lead the data migration of ‘Documentum’ application data (multiple instances) from legacy system to long-term storage solution, providing project structure, standing up project cadence and ensuring data governance throughout
- Collaborate with RMA Business Partner team to adopt record management best practice
- Work with a sense of urgency, focus on delivery and execution – driving, aligning, problem solving, risk management, making connections
- Be a strong partner for business tech groups and other stakeholders, including challenging, prioritising and managing complex moving parts
- Be comfortable with doing the brilliant basics including tasks like actions, notes and chasing to completion, core team meeting management, etc
- Partner with other external partners and help to co-ordinate activities
- Employ strong stakeholder management and mapping
- Facilitate project meetings and workshops
- Ensure end-clients IT governance principles are employed throughout
