This is an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager to lead the HR/People workstream for a major transformation project within a well-known branded hotel and restaurant group.
Tasks
- Lead the HR/People workstream for a large-scale transformation, focusing on execution and implementation for front-of-house teams
- Oversee the transition of 100s of restaurants to a new operating model
- Support a portfolio sale and a small acquisition, including HR/redundancy (TUPE) processes
- Collaborate closely with the transformation team and senior HR leadership
