We’re partnered with a software and consulting start‑up that helps its clients diagnose and develop their salespeople. The Operations Lead will work directly with the founders, take full ownership of operations, and help architect the company’s next phase of growth. This fully remote role offers autonomy, equity upside, and the opportunity to shape the trajectory of a high-impact company at a pivotal stage.
Base pay range
- Role: Operations Lead (software & consulting start-up) – Temp-to-perm
- Seniority: Consultant; Senior Consultant; Manager
- Time requirement: 3 days per week (pro rata) transitioning to full-time in 3-6 months (temp-to-perm)
- Location: Remote in the UK
- Salary: £55k-£75k + equity
Responsibilities
- Act as an execution arm for founder priorities.
- Operational scaling – turn ad‑hoc processes into repeatable systems for client delivery, account management, and platform operations.
- Team building – build a strong middle layer of management so day‑to‑day ops run without founder bottlenecks.
- Revenue scaling – work closely with the CEO and Product to remove friction that blocks growth of consulting expansion.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in consulting or operations/delivery at a remote Seed or Series A SaaS/technology start‑up.
- 2+ years’ experience in strategic execution so you can advise on execution and operations.
- Charismatic, people‑centric individual comfortable with a fractional ramp‑up period.
- Ideal: Consulting revenue scaling experience.
