Project Blackbook is a fast-growing membership platform connecting consultancies with pre-vetted independent consultants. We’re looking for a fractional Product Lead (0.5–1 day/week, £300–£700/day) to own product, AI and low-code delivery to grow membership, bookings and revenue.
Tasks
- Set product vision & roadmap to drive members, bookings and revenue
- Rapidly prototype and ship using Airtable, Make and low-code tools
- Lead pragmatic AI features (matching, search, automation) and staged rollouts
- Hire/coordinate specialist contractors and work hands-on when needed
- Define KPIs (conversion, time-to-match, retention, revenue) and report impact
Requirements
- Product lead experience in start-ups/scale-ups with measurable impact
- Hands-on with Airtable, Make (or similar low-code tools)
- Practical AI fluency and experience shipping AI features
- Able to recruit/manage external doers (contractors/associates)
- Comfortable hands-on operator + strategic lead; remote-first (UK/Europe TZ preferred); occasional London travel ok
