We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the HR/People workstream for a major transformation project within a well‑known branded hotel and restaurant group.

Tasks:

  • Lead the HR/People workstream for a large-scale transformation, focusing on execution and implementation for front-of-house teams.
  • Oversee the transition of 100s of restaurants to a new operating model.
  • Support a portfolio sale and a small acquisition, including HR/redundancy (TUPE) processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the transformation team and senior HR leadership.

Requirements:

  • An independent consultant.
  • Strong project/programme management experience in complex matrix environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR/people including TUPE processes.
  • Nice to have: Consulting experience, ideally within the hospitality/consumer/retail sectors.
