We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide. They are seeking a Process Improvement Lead to redesign compliance learning processes and associated data flows. This requires strong process re‑engineering expertise to define and deliver an optimised future‑state operating model. The successful candidate will facilitate and lead workshops, challenge existing ways of working, and drive process improvement initiatives across the compliance learning landscape.

Tasks

  • Lead the analysis, redesign, and optimisation of compliance learning processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
  • Facilitate and drive stakeholder workshops to map current‑state processes, uncover pain points, and define future‑state workflows and data flows.
  • Develop value stream maps, process models, and recommendations that support business transformation and operational excellence objectives.

Requirements

  • An independent consultant.
  • Proven expertise in Lean methodologies, value stream mapping, and end‑to‑end process re‑engineering within complex business environments.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision‑making and drive consensus across multiple teams.
  • Experience within compliance learning environments is highly desirable; alternatively, experience in regulated manufacturing, GxP, or similarly controlled environments will be considered.
