We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide. They are looking for a junior to mid-level PMO / Project Support Consultant with hands-on experience using Microsoft Project / Microsoft Project Online / Project Web App. The role will support project planning, reporting and coordination across active delivery workstreams.
Tasks:
- Setup and structure Microsoft Project Online for a new programme
- Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies and key delivery updates within Microsoft Project Online / PWA
- Support PMO reporting, including status updates, resource tracking, risks, issues and governance packs
- Work with project managers and stakeholders to keep project information accurate, timely and aligned with delivery requirements
Requirements:
- An independent consultant
- Practical experience with Microsoft Project Online, Project Web App or Microsoft Project
- Strong project coordination / PMO support skills, including planning, reporting and documentation
- Good stakeholder management, attention to detail and ability to work across multiple workstreams
- Consultancy background is preferred
