We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations throughout the UK.
They’re looking for a Change Manager for a client within the life science industry experience (their Research & Development - R&D - team). You'll design and deliver structured change strategies that enable smooth implementation of transformation initiatives, ensuring people, processes, and systems align to achieve defined business outcomes.
Tasks
- Support the structured rollout and adoption of new data services and technology solutions across stakeholder groups
- Drive consistent communication of service expectations, operating models, roles, and ways of working
- Reinforce the transition from time-bound support models to sustainable, long-term service engagement approaches
- Develop and deliver executive-level communications, stakeholder messaging, and change adoption materials
Requirements
