Role: Business Process Optimisation/Excellence Consultant - Contract Role

Consulting Seniority: Consultant - Principal

Day rate: £400-£575 (Inside IR35)

Project duration: 6 month contract with potential extension

Location: 3 days on site in London, 2 days remote

We're supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide. The end-client is in Consumer Goods. A Business Process Optimisation/Excellence Consultant is required to translate business needs into vendor requirements, drive structured evaluation, and guide the client toward the right decision by balancing current gaps with future opportunities.

Tasks:

  • Define business requirements and success criteria for process mining tools
  • Conduct market research on vendors, trends, and innovations (AI, automation, predictive modelling)
  • Build and manage evaluation scorecards to compare tools objectively
  • Present findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders for decision-making

Requirements:
