We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide. We’re looking for a well-rounded consultant to lead and support the design and delivery of key transformation initiatives. This role combines process design, project delivery, and team leadership to drive effective implementation and ensure sustainable outcomes across the organisation.
Tasks:
- Lead the design and optimisation of end-to-end processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operating model requirements
- Manage project delivery from initiation through to execution, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management
- Provide leadership and oversight to delivery teams, ensuring high performance, clear direction, and successful outcomes
