We’re looking for a commercially minded recruiter who enjoys both sides of the job: winning and growing client relationships, and delivering great candidates into live mandates. This is a true 360 role for someone who is proactive, credible with clients and confident operating in a consultative, commercial environment and excited by the opportunity to help build in a high-growth environment.
You do not need a perfect consulting-only background. We’re open to people from adjacent specialist markets such as transformation, change, digital, tech, or other professional services recruitment, provided you’re confident in business development, strong on delivery, and motivated by building something. This role would suit someone who wants more ownership, more flexibility, and the chance to grow with a modern recruitment business.
What you’ll do:
- Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
- Win new business and develop client accounts
- Deliver high-quality candidates into live mandates
- Work closely with the team to improve how we operate and scale
What we’re looking for:
- 2–6 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally in a 360 role
- Strong business development skills and the ability to grow accounts
- Confidence speaking with senior clients and managing relationships commercially
- A hands-on approach to delivery, candidate management, and process
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and interest in helping build a growing business
- Experience in consulting, transformation, change, digital, or other specialist professional services markets is helpful, but not essential
Benefits:
- Highly competitive uncapped commission structure
- Potential equity options after 1 year (performance dependent)
- Flexible working hours
- 26 days annual leave + public holidays
- Work abroad for up to 4 weeks per year
- European team off-sites
