Role: Consulting Director (Senior Manager / Principal / Associate Director) for Boutique Consultancy

Consulting Seniority: (Approximately 7 to 15 years of experience in consulting)

Salary: Negotiable + a bonus up to 25% + EMI potential

Location: Hybrid, 2 days in central London office

We are partnered with a small but mighty strategy and technology (data & AI) consultancy that continues to strengthen its core team. They are a tight-knit, high-growth firm with innovation at the heart of their culture.

They are seeking an experienced consultant who can win new clients and deliver transformation projects across multiple accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing new business development with hands-on delivery in technological environments.

To succeed in this role, you\’ll need a strong understanding of how product, data, and software professionals operate, enabling you to lead them effectively in projects. Technological literacy is essential, as is the ability to translate technical requirements for executives across departments.

Key tasks:

– Strategic business and account development, including new offerings and propositions

– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with senior stakeholders

– Oversee project delivery, ensuring every milestone drives measurable client impact

Requirements:

– Proven track record in winning and developing multiple (private sector) accounts in a consulting context. They often work in Consumer and Oil & Gas, but you will not be restricted to these

– Experience leading the delivery of transformation projects

– Experience in data, advanced analytics and AI solutions, familiarity with modern technologies and sufficient technical understanding

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

– Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strong facilitation and presentation abilities

– Comfortable seeking assistance and offering constructive challenge and feedback to others

– Passionate about people and fostering a culture that develops and supports talent

Consulting levels considered:

– Manager; Senior Manager; Principal; Senior Principal; Associate Director; Director
