What you’ll do
- You’ll have substantial ownership and the opportunity to build your own client portfolio in a rapidly expanding organisation:
- Own your own account book - Leading the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, executing complex assignments from initial brief to successful placement by sourcing elite independent consultants.
- Cultivate high-impact client partnerships, acting as a strategic advisor to anticipate future demand and maximise long-term account value.
- Drive strategic business development by securing marquee accounts and maintaining a robust, high-conversion commercial pipeline.
- Utilise and also co-develop requirements for the latest in AI integrations and process improvements to accelerate business growth.

- We’re seeking a driven professional comfortable operating a 360-degree consultant role:
- A strong track record in contract or permanent recruitment (3-10 years of recruitment experience).
- Evidence of account growth, repeat business, strong billings or career progression.
