We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide. We’re looking for an AI Training Consultant to support the delivery and facilitation of AI-focused sessions across multiple business functions and departments. The role will involve both remote and in-person engagement, helping teams better understand and adopt AI capabilities within the organization.

Tasks:

  • Create, lead, and facilitate AI workshops and training sessions across various business functions and departments.
  • Engage stakeholders both remotely and in person to support AI adoption and capability building.
  • Travel regularly within the UK and internationally, including to the US, Italy, and Ireland, as required.

Requirements:

  • An independent consultant.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and practical business applications, ideally within pharmaceuticals / life sciences.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder sessions, or training programmes with senior business audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Gemini is highly desirable.
