We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide. We’re looking for somebody to lead the end-to-end process mapping, impact assessment, and change design for the implementation of the Adobe technology stack within a retail marketing function. The role will ensure that Adobe capabilities are embedded effectively by redesigning processes, clarifying roles and decision-making, and supporting the transition for people and teams impacted by the change.
- Lead the end-to-end mapping of As-Is and To-Be processes across the retail marketing value chain (e.g. content supply chain, campaign orchestration, personalisation, insight, measurement)
- Assess the impact of Adobe technologies on existing processes, including changes to ways of working, governance, and performance measures
- Partner with client leaders to shape future roles, accountabilities, and team interactions resulting from redesigned processes
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- Demonstrated ability to assess process, people, and capability impacts of large-scale technology change
- Comfortable operating at Principal / senior leadership level, influencing both business and technology stakeholders
- Proven experience leading complex process mapping and redesign within retail or consumer-facing marketing organisations
- Strong knowledge of Adobe marketing technologies (e.g. Experience, Platform, Journey Optimiser, Analytics, Campaign) and their operational implications
