We are partnered with a small-to-medium-sized strategy, operations, and sustainability consultancy. They primarily operate in the private sector, including supporting PE-backed companies.
They’re looking to engage independent consultants with transaction experience, starting by 1st September. The ideal candidates will have experience operating independently at the consultant, senior consultant, or manager levels.

Tasks
- The project is in investment advisory and is about helping an investor decide whether to proceed with a deal by reviewing the target company’s market position, identifying risks, and analysing key documents in the data room
- The role involves providing accurate data and assumptions for the investor’s financial model, and using expertise in power markets and pricing to inform how the target asset is valued
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- Strategy consulting background at a tier 1, tier 2, Big 4, or specialist boutique
- Alternatively, a transactions background in Private Equity (PE) or Investment Banking (IB)
- Modelling and/or valuations experience
- Knowledge of power markets and pricing as an input to valuation assumptions
- High preference for experience in on-shore wind, even better if this is in the Nordic region
- Comfortable with a hybrid setup from their London HQ
