The role:
As a sales representative, you will be the steady hand walking our customers through their green energy journey. Making positive connections, building trust and communicating openly and honestly, you will guide our customers to the solutions they need for greater financial control and stability and to invest in a cleaner, greener tomorrow.
- Attending 1-3 pre-qualified and confirmed appointments per day over 5 days (Within a 60 mile radius of your home!)
- Building rapport with customers, ascertain their needs and match them up with their ideal Solar PV solution
- Comfortable and confident working on a commission only based structure
- Must have experience in face to face direct/field sales (Visiting customers in their home or Business)
- Target driven with proven track record of doing well in a sales environment.
- Professional & well presented.
- Full Drivers license and own reliable car is essential.
- Experience in the Energy sector is desirable but not essential. (Experience with Windows, Home Improvements or Driveway sales sector would be advantageous)
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1-3 pre-booked appointments per day (fully qualified customers)
- Full marketing backing
