As a Scheduler, you’ll be responsible for planning and prioritising engineer schedules, supporting efficient service delivery and work closely with internal teams to maintain high service standards, meet KPIs and keep our customers satisfied.

Day to Day
- Schedule warranty visits for repair/replacement of ProjectEV products
- Coordinate field engineers to ensure efficient daily routes
- Collaborate with support teams to improve site visit quality
- Produce weekly reports to track departmental performance
- Attend weekly cross-department meetings to share updates, challenges, and successes
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs set by the Customer Service Manager
- Liaise and work closely with sub-contractors
- Prioritise and restructure engineer job sheets to maintain service KPIs
- Provide flexible technical assistance when required
