As a Paralegal, you will report to the Legal Counsel and contribute to the growth and long-term success of Project Better Energy through the delivery of high-quality legal advice and practical support across the Group.

Day to Day
- Provide practical legal support to commercial teams, including reviewing and advising on commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and non-disclosure agreements in line with Project Better Energy Group Governance standards.
- Support the management and delivery of our compliance and governance programmes, including data protection initiatives.
- Review and approve advertising and marketing campaigns to ensure full legal and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the Group's Intellectual Property portfolio, liaising with external agents and internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and action.
- Provide company secretarial support, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Play a key role in larger internal projects by supporting the Legal & Compliance Team with training delivery, process improvements, and implementation of new legislation across the Princes Group.
What will you bring?
Essential
- A degree-level education (2:1 minimum) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine team-player mindset.
- A positive, can-do attitude — demonstrating trust, professionalism and flexibility, whether working in the office or remotely.
Desirable
- Previous experience within an in-house legal department or legal firm.
