Build Your Sales Career with One of the UK's Growing Renewable Energy Businesses. We're building a brand-new Sales Development team at Project Better Energy and are looking for ambitious individuals to join us. This role offers a clear pathway into Business Development and commercial sales, making it ideal for someone who wants more than just a job and is looking to build a long-term career.
Salary between £28,000 - £30,000 with high commission (Depending on experience). Chatham, Kent | Office-based | Full Time | Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week.

- Experience in lead generation, SDR, BDR, telesales or outbound sales.

What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities, helping to build a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
- Researching and identifying target organisations.
- Engaging business decision-makers through professional outbound activity.
- Conducting structured, early-stage discovery conversations.
- Clearly explaining the value of energy analysis and consultation.
- Asking for and securing Letters of Authorisation (LoAs).
- Qualifying and handing over high-quality opportunities to senior sales colleagues.
- Working closely with Business Development Managers to support pipeline growth.
