Project Better Energy is a growing UK-based energy company supporting organisations in understanding and optimising their energy usage. We are now recruiting for our Sales Development Programme, a structured entry point into a long-term commercial sales career.
This role is designed for ambitious individuals who want responsibility early, structured development, and a clear pathway into senior sales positions.
As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, you will operate at the start of the commercial sales process. You will be trained to:
- Research and identify target organisations
- Engage senior decision-makers professionally
- Conduct structured commercial discovery conversations
- Clearly articulate the value of energy analysis
- Secure Letters of Authorisation (LoAs)
- Qualify and hand over high-value opportunities to senior sales colleagues
You will work closely with experienced Business Development Managers and gain exposure to real commercial negotiations and strategy.
