Salary: £30,000+

As a Recruiter, you’ll support the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of roles, helping to attract and hire top talent while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business areas.
- Write and post compelling, inclusive job adverts across job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide timely feedback and ensure a smooth candidate journey.
- Support he HR function with tasks when recruitment demands slow down.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with on-boarding and new hire processes.
- Support initiatives that promote DE&I
Essentials:
- Ability to manage 10-20 roles at one time (multiple business functions)
- Experience with ATS & HR platforms
- Experience sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter including boolean searches.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Basic understanding of business operations and commercial awareness.
Nice to have but not essential:
Experience with building up employer branding/ EVP
