Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the C&I solar demand generation strategy end-to-end.
  • Manage demand generation channels, campaign execution and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies for commercial solar retrofit and new‑build projects.
  • Plan and execute integrated, multi‑channel campaigns aligned to long sales cycles.
  • Work closely with sales teams (Photon Energy / EG Solar) to align targeting and messaging.
  • Translate technical solar propositions into compelling commercial messaging.
  • Develop sales enablement content to support the C&I buyer journey.
  • Position the commercial solar brand consistently across the market.
  • Track performance, attribution and pipeline conversion with marketing teams.
  • Use market and customer insights to refine targeting, messaging and spend.
  • Collaborate across the B2B marketing team on strategic initiatives.
