As Senior Channel Marketing Manager, you will own demand generation across distribution and wholesale channels end-to-end, developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product demand through the trade channel. You will play a key role in planning and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive both sell-in and sell-through across partner networks, while ensuring consistent and compelling brand presence across all partner touchpoints.
Working closely with Key Account Managers, Area Sales Managers and internal marketing teams, you will develop partner marketing programmes, enable sales success, and use data-driven insights to optimise performance and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the distribution and wholesale marketing strategy end-to-end.
- Manage demand generation channels and campaign execution across trade channels.
- Develop and execute partner marketing programmes to drive commercial growth.
- Build strong relationships with distribution partners and stakeholders.
- Plan and execute campaigns that increase sell-in and sell-through.
- Deliver point-of-purchase, in-branch and digital marketing activity.
- Support co-marketing, seasonal campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Create sales enablement materials including product collateral and training content.
- Support sales teams including Key Account Managers and Specification teams.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all partner touchpoints.
- Act as the key marketing contact between the business and distribution partners.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams on strategic initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in wholesale, merchant or trade marketing.
- Deep understanding of route-to-market and partner-led strategies.
- Proven experience delivering account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in B2B marketing.
- Strong commercial awareness and performance marketing capability.
