We’re looking for a Recruitment & HR Administrator to join our People Team, supporting high‑volume recruitment across the group, with a particular focus on Solar Sales roles. The role is primarily recruitment‑focused, involving coordinating applications, supporting interviews, and keeping systems and records up to date, alongside providing general administrative support to the HR team. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role suited to someone who is organised, confident communicating with people, and comfortable juggling competing priorities. HR responsibilities will be administrative in nature, with training provided and the opportunity to gain broader HR exposure over time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across the recruitment process, ensuring candidates are progressed efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate applications received via multiple recruitment channels and keep records up to date in the ATS
- Support the posting and maintenance of job adverts across online platforms
- Book interviews and coordinate diaries for candidates and hiring managers
- Act as a first point of contact for candidate queries via email and phone
- Prepare interview confirmations, follow‑up communications and feedback
- Maintain accurate recruitment and compliance records
- Liaise with hiring managers to share updates on interview bookings and candidate progress
- Assist with maintaining candidate pools for future roles
- Support the Recruitment Lead and wider People Team with general recruitment and HR administration as required
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong administrative skills, ideally within a busy office environment
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately at pace
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
- Experience coordinating diaries, meetings or interviews
- Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Able to adapt and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to recruitment, HR, or people‑focused administration
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or teams
- Previous use of an ATS or similar database system
