Project Solar is growing — and we’re deliberately investing in our people strategy to support that growth. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and help embed a modern HRBP approach across Project Solar. This newly created role will partner with senior leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive sales performance, operational excellence, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner leaders to turn business goals into effective people strategy
- Lead people initiatives that drive performance, capability, and engagement
- Influence organisation design, workforce planning, and leadership development
- Coach leaders and build high-performing, accountable teams
- Support change, ER, and TUPE in a growing B2C environment
- Help scale Project Solar by attracting, developing, and retaining the right talent
About your essential Skills & Experience:
- Experienced HR Business Partner within a fast-paced, customer-centric B2C environment (energy, utilities, telecoms, retail or similar)
- Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how people strategy drives business performance
- Confident operating at pace and comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Strong influencer with credibility at senior leadership level
- Able to build, not just maintain, HR approaches and frameworks
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred
