We do this as a trusted, independent, nationwide advisor, focusing on clear, honest conversations - never pressure-led sales.
We’re now looking for experienced B2C Field Sales Consultants to join Project Solar and help change the way homeowners access solar energy. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking, design-led brand - proudly supported by Kevin McCloud - and play a genuine role in shaping a more sustainable future.
This is a field-based role, covering the NR postcode area across Norfolk. You’ll attend up to three pre-booked residential appointments per day, typically within around 60 miles of your home address. There’s no cold calling - Our call centre team has already qualified each homeowner, confirmed their interest in solar, and booked the appointment for you.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven B2C sales experience with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- A target-driven mindset and confidence in a performance-based environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional, approachable manner that reflects our brand values
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
- A clear DBS check (for customer trust and compliance)
- Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile sales tools
- Experience in solar or energy is a bonus — but not essential, as full training is provided
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Attending pre-booked residential appointments
- Educating homeowners on Solar PV, battery storage and energy solutions
- Assessing property suitability and household energy usage
- Building trust, understanding needs, and recommending the right solution
- Presenting clear quotations and finance options
- Managing your pipeline using our mobile sales app
- Achieving daily and weekly sales targets
- Attending regular team meetings and training sessions
