Salary: Starting from £26,000 basic (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40,000)

Project Better Energy is a growing UK-based energy company supporting organisations in understanding and optimising their energy usage. We are now recruiting for our Sales Development Programme, a structured entry point into a long-term commercial sales career.

This role is designed for ambitious individuals who want responsibility early, structured development, and a clear pathway into senior sales positions. As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, you will operate at the start of the commercial sales process. You will be trained to:

  • Research and identify target organisations
  • Engage senior decision-makers professionally
  • Conduct structured commercial discovery conversations
  • Clearly articulate the value of energy analysis
  • Secure Letters of Authorisation (LoAs)
  • Qualify and hand over high-value opportunities to senior sales colleagues

You will work closely with experienced Business Development Managers and gain exposure to real commercial negotiations and strategy.

Development & Progression

This is not a static SDR role. Successful candidates can progress into:

  • Business Development Manager
  • Senior Commercial Sales
  • Wider commercial leadership roles within the Group

You will receive:
