As a Call Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for handling warm leads with customers who have expressed an interest in our products and ensure customers have a great first contact experience.

Day to Day
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Explain solar panel products and benefits – Full training provided on our products
- Identify requirements and answer all queries on solar panel installations
- Qualify customers on home sustainability
- General administration
