Project Solar UK have installed over 45,000 Solar PV and Battery installations nationwide and saved over 150,000 tonnes of carbon, helping to spearhead the clean energy revolution and drive the UK to a carbon neutral future. Our mission is to empower communities with eco-friendly solutions, and we take pride in being a key player in shaping a greener tomorrow. The role: As a frontline sales representative, you will be the steady hand walking our customers through their green energy journey. Making positive connections, building trust and communicating openly and honestly, you will guide our customers to the solutions they need for greater financial control and stability and to invest in a cleaner, greener tomorrow. – Attending 1-3 pre-qualified and confirmed appointments per day over 5 days(Within a 1hr radius of your home postcode) – Building rapport with customers, ascertain their needs and match them up with their ideal Solar PV solution. – Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets as set by Project Solar UK What youll bring: – Comfortable and confident working on acommission only based structure – Must have experience in face to face direct/field sales (Visiting customers in their home or Business) – Target driven with proven track record of doing well in a sales environment. – Professional & well presented. – Full Drivers license andown reliable carisessential. – Experience in the Energy sector is desirable but not essential although experience in the Windows, Home Improvements or Driveway sales sector would be advantageous. – Must be computer literate with excellent verbal and written communication skills What we offer: – 1-3 pre-qualified appointments per day – Commissions paid bi-weekly – The best Solar sales training in the industry – Work From Home -Marketing backing – Full use of our sales app – Bonus for referrals and self-generating – Uncapped earnings, £1,200 average per install ( £50-£100k OTE Self Employed ) JBRP1_UKTJ
