Praxic is an applied AI lab building the future of defensive cybersecurity for enterprises and governments.
Tech companies do not grow without pipeline. We are hiring a Founding Growth Engineer to build an agentic demand generation engine that will create help us create pipeline and ultimately customers. This role is suited someone who is AI-native in approach, quantitative and commercial in skillset, adept with tooling and able to leverage AI effectively to do the work of many people. You will growth-skewed but also take ownership for wider GTM tooling (at least initially). Whether your background skews towards engineering or performance marketing, you must be commercial, quantitative and AI-native.
You will (in this order)
Define and track our TAM. Working with GTM leadership, you will identify the universe of customers we should be pursuing. Tracking these logos through to successful acquisition will be your daily obsession
Optimise tooling. We want our processes to be simple, data capture and insight to be automated and tooling to be optimised with this in mind.
Build an agentic demand gen function. Create an agentic SDR function, optimising quality and quantity of outreach, defining the practical flows and tracking results
Develop the inbound motion. We want to be ready to emerge from stealth and instantly grab the attention of our TAM. You will work with the CEO directly on how we align brand strategy with effective GEO/SEO, paid ads, content, events, and track intent signals in an automated, quantitative way.
Scale the outcome. We don't hire "org-builders"; our focus is an elite, high performing team - but a successful hire will demonstrate clear ROI and work with us to build the requisite team to continually scale what we can achieve.
You must have
A growth hacker’s mindset. You have built tools, apps or early stage businesses, and naturally follow trends and new technologies.
Practical AI fluency. You are "pilled" and default AI-first in everything you do and have experience building commercial agentic workflows
Iterative, quantitative approach: You spot opportunities, test them and iterate/reinvest rapidly based on results
A foundational understanding of go-to-market SaaS: You understand the core processes and metrics
A sharp mind and exceptional hunger. We will only consider candidates who have consistently excelled professionally and academically, but more than anything have true grit and the desire to build something incredible.
