We are a growing, specialist accounting and fund administration support firm headquartered in Jersey. We support investment managers and fund administrators across the UK and Jersey with bespoke fund accounting, financial reporting, and operational services. With a team of professionals and deep technical expertise, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service with a partnership mindset.
As we expand our presence in key financial markets, we are seeking a Business Development Executive to help identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities.
This is a high-impact role for a commercially-minded individual with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. You will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts in UK, Luxembourg, US and other key markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Outreach: Research and build a pipeline of qualified leads in the Financial services (e.g. Investment management, private equity, VC, credit, real estate funds, fund administrators etc). Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and networking to engage prospects. Manage and optimise CRM tools (salesforce) for lead tracking and reporting.
- Client Engagement & Conversion: Arrange and attend introductory meetings with potential clients. Present our services clearly, positioning us as a high-quality, long-term partner. Work with senior management and technical teams to develop and deliver tailored proposals. Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into active engagements.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with intermediaries, fund managers, consultants, and platforms. Attend and represent the firm at relevant industry events and conferences.
- Strategy & Collaboration: Share market feedback to shape service offerings and go-to-market approach. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure delivery capability and client alignment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, sales, or client-facing roles in financial services or professional services.
- A strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders.
- Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with investment management or fund structures is highly desirable.
- Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines is a plus.
- London-based, with willingness to travel for meetings and events.
