We’re excited to be recruiting a Director of People to join our supportive Senior Leadership Team at Project 6. At Project 6, we deliver exceptional support for individuals affected by drug and alcohol use across Keighley, Bradford, Doncaster, and Sheffield. Our values are at the heart of everything we do. As Director of People, you will ensure these values are embedded in our recruitment, culture, and the way we develop and support our people. You will lead the development of a wellbeing strategy that supports the mental, emotional, and physical health of the talented individuals who make our services exceptional.
