Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and formally supervise a team.
- Ensure that your team aresupported to follow procedures and protocols.

- To review and assess the needs ofpeople who use our serviceswith an alcoholor drugproblem within a variety of settings.
- To support people who use our servicesto improve general health, including dietary needs, personal hygiene.

- To work with people who use our servicesto remove any structural and social barriers to accessing treatment services.
- To supportindividuals and familiesto accessappropriate treatmentand recovery services.

- Produce relevant documents and reports in support of the role.
- Work with colleagues to develop and improve services delivered.
