Are you a people-person with a flair for organisation and a love for fast-paced, fun environments?
Join Proinsight as a Fieldwork Manager and play a key role in delivering top-quality mystery shopping insights.
You\’ll be at the heart of our business—recruiting, coaching, and motivating Mystery Shoppers to help them reach Platinum status (yes, that’s a thing!). Using tools, creativity, and a bit of hustle, you’ll manage shopper relationships, allocate tasks, and drive performance in your region.
Being organised and structured is key – you’ll create detailed schedules each month to allocate mystery shops efficiently and ensure deadlines are met. Your ability to plan ahead, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks will be vital to success. Hit your targets consistently, and you’ll earn a rewarding bonus on top of your salary, making your hard work truly pay off.
You’ll collaborate with our dynamic team, get stuck into strategy planning, recruitment drives, and the occasional social media sprint. This role is perfect for someone proactive, resilient, and who thrives on making things happen. What we’ll pay you: £28,808 – £31,608 (OTE)
When you’ll be working: You\’ll typically work 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, usually between 9am and 5:30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day. However, since flexibility is is important to Proinsight, we want to offer this to you, our shoppers, and our clients.
Depending on business needs, this means we may sometimes need you to work flexible hours between 9am and 9pm, which could but rarely, occasionally include a Saturday.
Where you’ll be working: Our address is Office 4.1 Runway East, 20 St Thomas St, London SE1 9RS, you’ll be working in central London right next to all the best bars, restaurants, and close to Borough Market. Your nearest station is London Bridge, accessible by both train and tube.
