What Proinsight is all about: Our mission is to turn everyday insights into profit through mystery shopping. We’re experts at getting under the skin of our clients’ businesses to really understand the good and not-so-great. Most importantly, we know what to do with all that knowledge to boost business growth.

Hybrid role – depending on where you live, your closest office will be in Cirencester or London.

40 hours a week, 9am‑5:30pm with flexibility. Throughout the year, you\’ll attend events, overnight stays, and occasional road trips.

Responsibilities

• Account management of clients and growing your own client base.
• Building relationships, ensuring clients see value in their mystery shop programmes, and seeking opportunities to partner with new businesses.

Qualifications

Experience in housing, retail, hospitality, health & fitness, leisure & entertainment, automotive/transport is desirable.
