Senior Technical Business Analyst

We're a ~35-person UK digital agency (growing to 60) building our own products and delivering digital change for construction, utilities and logistics clients. This role owns what we build: turning ambiguous problems into specifications a dev team can build and a client will sign and seeing them through to go-live.
What you'll do
- Run discovery and requirements workshops with clients and internal experts
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability matrices
- Own the backlog, specify integrations, and keep specs sprint-ready for our offshore dev team
- Call it on requirement readiness, release acceptance and defect disposition
- Shape our BA method and mentor analysts as the team grows
What you'll bring
- Several years as a BA, product owner or technical analyst with real specs you can show
- Experience holding a client relationship under delivery pressure
- Comfortable running a governed/gated agile process
- Background in project controls, construction, utilities, logistics or supply chain
- Confident specifying interfaces/data flows with developers; offshore team experience a plus
