We're looking for a Reporting and Data Management Specialist to join a major utilities programme, building and maintaining management dashboards that give senior stakeholders clear visibility of performance, cost, schedule and risk.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for senior management, using whichever toolset best fits the programme (for example Power BI, Tableau, or custom-built web dashboards)
- Manage data flows from multiple source systems, typically covering finance, schedule and risk (for example SAP, Primavera P6, or a risk management platform)
- Design, build and maintain data models that support complex, multi-source reporting
- Ensure data quality, governance and a single source of truth across all reporting outputs
- Automate recurring reporting and support the programme governance cycle
Essential skills
- Strong grasp of data modelling and data structure, with the ability to turn messy source data into something reliable and reportable
- Proven track record of building and maintaining dashboards in a recognised BI or reporting tool, and the confidence to pick up a new one quickly
- Practical data manipulation and querying skills, for example SQL or an equivalent
- Experience pulling data together from enterprise systems on a large programme
- Strong stakeholder management and a genuine eye for detail

- Background in project controls, PMO or programme reporting
