Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and managing project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved, and supporting the effective delivery of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and wider teams to ensure accurate and achievable plans.
- Identify potential risks and delays and provide mitigation strategies.
- Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to support decision-making.
- Ensure alignment of schedules with project budgets, resources, and contractual requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in project planning within construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
