As we continue to grow across the North West, particularly in Warrington and Chester, we are looking for experienced 4D Planners ready to take their expertise further. What you'll be doing:
- Develop and manage 4D models that integrate project schedules with BIM environments
- Produce high-quality visualisations and simulations to support tenders, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery
- Collaborate closely with planners, engineers, and BIM teams to define sequencing and methodology
- Monitor project progress and update models to reflect real-time status
- Support the continuous improvement of digital construction processes across projects
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling
- Proficiency with 4D planning tools (e.g. Synchro, Navisworks)
- Strong understanding of BIM and construction methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
- Eligibility to obtain SC security clearance
