We're expanding in the North West, specifically Warrington and are looking for experienced 4D Planners ready to take their expertise to the next level. If you're currently shaping construction programmes locally and want to work on cutting-edge projects, this is your chance.
Important: Candidates must be able to achieve SC security clearance.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and manage 4D models that integrate project schedules with BIM
- Produce visualisations and simulations to support tenders, stakeholders, and project delivery
- Collaborate with planners, engineers, and BIM teams on sequencing and methodology
- Track progress and update models to reflect real-time project status
- Contribute to improving digital construction processes across projects
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in construction planning & scheduling
- Proficiency with 4D tools (e.g., Synchro, Navisworks)
- Strong understanding of BIM and construction methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Eligible to achieve SC security clearance
