We work with some brilliant brands including Prestige Flowers, Cambozola, Astonish, Watches of Switzerland, University of Leeds, Yorkshire Cancer Research and many more – helping them tell powerful stories across PR, social and content.

We’re now looking for a junior video‑led creative to support our growing demand for editing, content creation and podcast production. This role sits at the heart of our creative team, working closely with our in‑house video team and wider creative studio. If you’re obsessed with video and love creating social and longer form content - this could be for you.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Leeds. You will assist in creating high-quality video content by editing footage, incorporating (pre-designed) motion graphics, performing colour grading, and ensuring the overall quality output of video projects. The role will also involve collaborating with team members on creative concepts, adhering to brand guidelines, and contributing to the successful delivery of various video projects for clients.

This is a hands‑on junior video team role for someone who can edit well, manage long‑form content, pick up social snippets and help drive the pace of our video output.

What you’ll do:

  • Edit long‑form podcast episodes week‑to‑week, including assembling the main show, tidying audio, trimming segments and preparing assets for YouTube.
  • Create short‑form podcast snippets for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Edit video content across client projects, internal brand work and campaign assets.
  • Work on large project edits including training videos, brand films and product shoots.
  • Support the creation of short‑form social content (reels, TikToks and Shorts) when required.
  • Develop simple concepts, transitions and trending edits that elevate our social output.
  • Manage footage, file organisation and project assets so the team can work efficiently.
  • Work closely with senior videographers and the wider creative team.

What you’ll need:

  • At least 1 year’s experience in video editing (agency, in‑house, freelance or similar).
  • Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • After Effects experience preferable.
  • Ability to colour grade LOG footage and deliver polished, consistent looks.
  • Confidence editing long‑form content – podcasts, interviews, webinars or similar.
  • Ability in mastering audio for podcasts and interviews – understanding of levels, EQ and basic audio repair.
  • Comfort with sound design – using music and sound effects to enhance story and pace.
  • Ability to shoot content on mobile or camera.
  • Examples of short‑form social content, ideally Reels or TikToks.
  • Experience creating content for different aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1).
  • A genuine passion for video craft and a drive to develop your skills.
  • Good attention to detail – both visually and sonically.
  • The ability to take a brief and run with it, while knowing when to ask questions.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
  • Awareness of social trends and what makes a strong reel.
  • Interest in filming process should the team need an extra pair of hands.

Benefits:

  • Access to full private healthcare.
  • 26 days’ annual leave.
  • Ability to buy or sell holidays.
  • Your birthday off.
  • An additional day of leave after 3+ years’ service.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Hybrid working – typically a 3:2 office/home split (must be willing to work in Leeds).
  • Bonus opportunities.
  • £250 Employee of the Quarter bonus opportunity.
  • New business bonus – 10% of fee for the first three months.
  • £250 recruitment referral bonus.
  • Good work spot prizes.
  • Training & development.
  • L&D budget for relevant courses or training.
  • Access to internal training sessions.
  • A real opportunity to grow your video, audio and social skills quickly in a busy agency environment.

Social & culture:

  • Quarterly social events in the local community.
  • Weekly office drinks.
  • Monthly Friday lunch get‑togethers.
  • A friendly, supportive and ambitious team.
